The location, although in a less safe area of town, offers a nice view of the city. this hotel provides a comfortable stay with basic amenities, air-conditioned rooms, and a delicious breakfast.

The hotel was perfect, the staff was amiable. Near to the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. We loved efficient service. No complaints, we can't wait to come back.

I enjoyed the English breakfast, however tables are not cleaned properly in the dining when there are many guests waiting to be seated for breakfast. Things like crumbles on the tables, sugaer etc were visible on the tables.

The shower curtain was not appealing or clean. There was too much noise from outside, cars etc from the street

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a blast! the breakfast was definitely the best part of my stay, they had so many options and everything tasted delicious. I also appreciated the secured parking area as it made me feel safe leaving my car there. the location was perfect for me as well, with so many shops and restaurants nearby.

The room was a bit small and the WIFI was not as strong as I would have liked, which made it difficult to stay connected with family and friends during the holidays. the TV channels offered were limited and lacked any 24-hour news channels.

Great location and value for money. The hotel was conveniently close to several tourist attractions and public transportation. The bathroom had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water for a relaxing shower. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room was very cramped with outdated furniture and fixtures. The walls were thin and I could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms, making it difficult to rest after a long day of meetings.

Special shout-out to Ms. Dimakatso for granting all our special requests and organizing a massage therapist on her day off. The hotel also had basic amenities, air-conditioned rooms with fast WiFi, and a delicious breakfast. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the value for money.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great.

We loved the central location of this hotel, making it easy to walk to many restaurants, shops, and government buildings. We also appreciated how helpful the staff was, from assisting with urgent document copies to escorting us to an ATM for cash. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we found it easy to park our car here.
